I've had the broadband since 21/709 and for 7 days, everyday conenction problems. Technical customer service is typically in India where people don't uses the same colloquial language. Half an hour waiting time to speak to the billing department where you can't cancel the contract becuase of this appaulling service. Once I getting through to technical customer service I've spent 1 hour so far (2 calls), with the advisors repeating everything and not understanding what you want, THANK GOODNESS its an 0800 number that's all i can say. Advert is a load of rubbish. Now I've got to stay with them for 18 months. TOTAL REGRET going with BT broadband. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
