From the start Streamline have been a nightmare to deal with. They are slow at responding to queries and not willing to offer real support. Very often we waited 24 hours or longer for a reply to a support ticket only to be given a two line reply along the lines of could you send us your password or username or domain name ets , anything that might not have been added in the original query but info which they clearly had access to. This would delay the process for another 24 hours, and sometimes another after that.
We paid for additional phone support only to be told 1 week later that this was now no longer available, although we paid for it. The service was discontinued.
Their database servers are continuasly overstreched which means switching to new database servers and copying databases continuously to keep things running fairly smoothly. Our site currently is down 95% of the time!
Great service! I phoned and asked (hpone advice is available to everybody from today, nearly a year after we paid for it) and was told that they could not help me with my site being down and that I shoudl export my database and set a new one up on a different server. Great, export downloads are curently so slow on the server that it hase taken 3 hours for my connection to finally .....time out.
Here we go again.
Why are we still with them? We are stupid, but in the process of moving to a dedicated server, not with streamline!!
The are not even cheap!
