Clydesdale Bank Internet Banking has been changed dramatically, the new login has become very difficult. Today my login was fraught with problems, the page was asking 4 of my secret questions. Usually there is one to reply too. Help desk say the problem is with my computer at that it has a virus, It must be a very clever one. The assistant I talked to asked my postcode and insisted I was wrong. Only lived here 10 years I think I know best. Has anyone else had problems logging in over the last few weeks.
