I have just cancelled my account with this company as you seem to pay some amount of money despite their claims that they offer consumers a free trial/service. If you do get caught, which you invariably tend to do, they seem to have numerous tactics to prolong your contact with them, which increases the amount of money you pay them. The final insult for me was after being advised to confirm some information to provide a truer picture of my credit status, I found myself on a page which prompted me to pay for a credit report (which I didn't want) however the box was already ticked so I immediately back tracked and did not press continue but low n behold when checking my e-mails I see an alert congratulating me on my purchase of this credit report. I informed them of this incident and they agreed to refund as a gesture of good will...which to me is an indication that this happens to people all the time.
I have cancelled my account (and i'm now waiting to see if they give me my money back.....Experian Credit Reports????? They should rename themselves Dick Turpin Credit reports ).
