I have a $45/month contract and my wife a £25/month contract, my kids are on PAYG. The kids could send texts when they were away on a trip to Israel, but they received none of ours. O2 customer services wanted us to pay for a £15 'Gold Service' package before they were prepared to even look into it!!!
Telefonica has destroyed O2, it has gone from being one of the friendliest and most reliable providers to being a mean, greedy firm with the lowest standards of customer service.
