T-Mobile have dreadful customer service for contract customers - avoid. Returned broken handset (microphone not working; sent off for repair; no loan handset available but sales asst readily took the opportunity to sell PAYG!; repair took longer than promised; developed identical problem within weeks; refused replacement and threatened collections agency if cancelled; complaints letter sent - never acknowledged; so I cancelled (why pay monthly for a service you do not get) and have just received a huge bill with early termination charges for hundreds of pounds. Aaaahhh
