Initially I was really impressed with the service Campmania offered on the Tuesday. I need the goods to be despatched the next day (Wednesday) - not a problem according to the lovely people I spoke to.
However when I checked on the Thursday they hadn't yet left! As we were leaving Thursday night - 3 of us had NO sleeping bags, no stove, no plates, no lamps!
Had to hold for 31 mins on an 0870 number (already made 2 calls earlier that morning) costing at least £5.00 just to speak to someone. No other number available.
Disappointing after such a good start that's why they only got 3 stars for customer service.
