I have been with the HSBC for five years, initially I used the account just for paying bills. One year ago I started using HSBC Internet Banking as my main bank. The general service is nothing short of first class, excellent in branch and internet service. When I e-mail them through the website they respond well within twenty four hours. The HSBC is probably one of the safest banks to be with due to their global diversity. Everything seems to be dealt with so quickly. Overdrafts if approved are available instantly. They were one of the first to have faster payments too. I am a plus customer which is maybe why my experiences have been better than others on this forum.
