Our experience with Anna Car Rental in Heraklion,Crete was exceptional. I had emailed several companies before our trip and unlike all the other agencies, they replied almost immediately and followup emails and response times were outstanding. They was extremely thourough responding to all of my questions, we knew exactly what all of our costs would be, and the insurance portion covered everything. There were no surprises. I would recommend Anna Cars to anyone traveling to Crete. Not only did they meet us at the airport with our car, but on our return trip met us at the port and then gave us a ride back to our hotel.
