I am writing this review because of our recent dealings with the Roma Manufacturers.

We recently had a problem with our caravan, so, we went back to where we bought our 16'Roma Sov'reign from, but, they really didn't want to know us. We then contacted the Roma factory where our caravan was built, on speaking to one of the managers there, he was concerned and asked if we could bring our caravan down (from NSW) for them to check it out and find a solution to our problem.

On our arrival at the factory, we were greeted pleasantly by staff and they had someone dealing with the problem with-in minutes. We couldn't have been happier with their response and their back-up service and nothing was a problem to them, from the management to their staff.
