Dont have to buy full album (although Im not 12, so I do)

Responsive to requests
Reliable (I have been with them since demise of AllofMP3 a couple of years ago - no funny credit card business!! :o) )

Very slow to navigate, although download is done in background so doesnt really affect you
Some charted albums take time to be listed.
Variable bit rate (Cant say I have ever noticed the effect though, so this is just a nerd gripe).
