Incompatant staff with no idea of customer service or how to provide a service from shop level to deputy regional managers,complaints line staff rude and patronising,we have spent alot of money with them for our forthcoming honeymoon, they have promised lots but failed to deliver.I would never in my life buy another holiday from first choice. And we havent even travelled with them yet
