I was paying amounts off my virgin credit card every 2 to 3 weeks. They still tried to hit me with a default payment. I got the refund and told it would not happen again. The next payment date was going to be 15th of August after the 15th of July. I paid an amount on the 16th of July. £1000. I then paid another £500 on the 24th of july. I then log into my account on the 29th of JUly and it tells me I have till 15th of August to pay a minimum amount. They suggest 5 days prior, thus I had less than 10 days and had only just paid 5 days previous. I would say, a card to be very careful of. Small payment windows and not the usual 30 day period. Needless to say I have already cancelled my card within a few months. Worst credit card I have ever had dealings with. Customer service were usless and didn't seem to know what they were talking about and when I asked to cancel my card. They cut me off and i had to call again.
