Me & my girlfriend had seen the CSL advert advertised on the TV on several occasions & decided to go & take a look. We went to out local Rotherham store..which is imaculate its a reali nice and friendly atmopshere. The sales guy which was dealing with us greeted us with a nice warm welcome & told us that he would noth bother us & would leave us to have a nice look around (unlike DFS where we was harrassed) the information he gave us was very helpful and we decided after a nice cup of Tea which he offered us to order our chosen sofa. The sofa was delivered on time infact it came in stock a week early much to our delight as we was sat on bean bags!!

We purchased the "SOFASHIELD" which is the insurance and we basicly used it immediately after ripping one of our seats the technician came out and dealt with this straight away and it looks as good as new. All in all Very happy with the company, service and staff. Please ignore above reviews maybe they are DFS staff or ex employees.

<br/> We too went to the Roterham Branch, excellent sales people, couldnt do enough for us, and they are so much better than HARVEYS, that company has 302 reviews and only 41 of them are any good!!

the after care from CLS is far from the great care we got when buying the sofa!!
they are not bothered about any issues all they want is your money!!!
took a day off work for a sofa specialist to come and look at the faults, I was threatened if I missed this appointment I would be charged. But if they missed the appointment it would not matter.
the day came for this specialist to come out and guess what he was off ill, they couldnt send anyone else out as they were all busy but I have to wait for another 3 weeks and have to take another day off for this privilage and loose a days wages for someone to come to see a fault sofa that I now dont want.
I want my money back and for them to take away the broken sofa.
