In the last 6 months I have experienced terrible problems with our Bank of Scotland business account. At present we are involved in legal action with the bank for withholding funds. We have a very health balance and the bank are doing everything they can to prevent us from accessing our money. This has left us in a position where we are struggling to pay staff and meet our obligations. It would appear that at the current rate our business will not exist by the time the legal matters have been resolved.
