Only had the Roger Black Gold Treadmill for 4 months and it has hardly been used during this period, so to die on us was a totally unexpected pain in the butt. Customer service were polite but useless and I now have a big, expensive pile of junk clogging up the room with no one remotely interested in fixing it. Better off buying a good pair of running shoes and getting out in the fresh air. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy (if I had one that is!)
