I bought a phone from dialaphone with a free Elonex TV over a month ago and the phone was sent out relatively quick but whe i have tried to cotact them over my free gift all I received were 3 emails saying they have acknowledge my emails but no response still. I have phoned there Automated service several times and found this extremely frustrating and all i got is there is no free gift linked to this order. They could at least contact me and advise me if its a case of the item being out of stock. I think I will have to contact Watchdog if I have not received any response soon.
