I too made a claim having accidentally left mobile in pocket of wet jeans after a heavy rainfall; then placed all my wet clothes into the wshing machine. Have been a customer since 2006 and never made a claim. I have always taken care of my phone but have been informed that I am careless!! Claim refused by fonesafe. Thinking now about further action.
