Having read through the other comments left here i felt i should counter some of the comments.

Having lived in my scotia home for nearly 2 years i have had no problems with the house what so-ever. There was the general snagging which all new houses require and that was dealt with quickly and compitently.

I found the customer care to be friendly and addressed any issues i had quickly and afficiently.

I have rated them down on value for money only because i bought at the peak of the market so feel i have over paid for the product. In saying that it is a beautifully built traditional home. Very homely and me and my family love it.
