I flew in june 08, and again in feb 09. Flying again in november. On the flight to Atlanta to get my connection to Seattle the seats were very comfortable, food was good and the customer service was good. Im VERY surprised by all the complainers on here, marking them down on AIRPORT delays and paying for excess luggage. This is STANDARD on any airline. Makes me think some of these commments were from people with little or no experience in travelling. Theres a reason why the flights from Delta are generally £50 more than the cheapest, because they actually are good!!
