i was part of tour and i felt service was well. we were running behind scheudule bec of a storm at our orignal location and although we were 2 hours late our connecting flight waited for us and all our luggages made it safely considering we were only at the connecting airport in rome for less than an hour . very impressed with service and would definitely fly with alitalia again.
