i insured my pet through marks and spencer even though i could have saved money going elsewhwre.my dog had to have an operation for ectopic celiac and m and s would not honour the claim as they stated that he shown signs of the illness within 2 weeks of me making taking out the policy.12 days after taking out the policy my dog contracted conjuctivitis.m and s said that this was related to his condition so they would not pay for the operation.i am very disappointed with them
