Whatever you do, DO NOT use Haart Estate Agents to either market your property or buy a property through. We have first hand experience in trying to sell our property through these agents as well as buying a property and the people that we have dealt with there are nothing but lazy, arrogant and rude. You'll save yourself alot of hassle, stress and verbal abuse if you use another estate agent!
