The most appaling customer service i have ever encountered NEVER become a member of LA Fitness, My monthly memberhsip payment bounced for one month and they not did not contact me instead they waited 2 months, sent me a letter saying that if i did not pay it i would be subject to a late payment charge. i immediately called them and they then notified me that there charges had increased to £161 as they has instructed a debt collecting agency, without even notifiying me!! I found that absolutely disgusting.
