one of the worst purchases i've ever made. i was lured in by the offer of an unbeatable deal on my contract. the money saved was to be returned to me by the form of cash back (this part of the contract never materialized).
after sending off countless letters and emails and receiving no replies i decided to contact Mobile Express only to find out that their only telephone service is automated and does not involve any conversation with a human.
