This company takes your money straight away which is fine when you assume the product is in stock and will be sent to you within the time span stated on their website. I called up after 2 days to check my delivery would be within that week and was told it would be the Thursday or Friday and I would receive a call 24 hours before delivery. This did not happen. I called them again and was told product was out of stock, yet 2 days before that I was told it was in stock and would be delivered. Alarm bells rang from some of the reviews I had read and demanded a full refund. They immediately sent an email confirming processing of the refund, which would be back on the card within 3-5 max working days. This did not happen and after several phone calls, I finally got the money back after 6 weeks. A tense and nerveracking time wondering if they actually exist. It was only because my boss got involved that I think they reimbursed the money. They are very dodgy, whatever the good reviews say about them. I sent 3 emails to them requesting replies. No response, which they promise to send to you within 24 hours. Shame, when they have a good website and reasonably polite staff. Who is behind this outfit of taking peoples money, sitting on it earning interest, and then finally returning the money several weeks later, whilst the purchaser worries whether they will ever get their money back. Never again. Be warned of the false promises!!
