Polycell SmoothOver Textured Walls & Ceilings is an appalling product -just spent 2 hours trying to cover a sandied down artex ceiling.have decided to stop because the product just does not work.At the end of the day it is only a filler and should not be applied to large surface areas because it does not spread evenly.A disgusting dirty product to work with as well! Absolutely furious that this is on the market and will now complain to Polycell.
