I tried to hire a car from Anna Cars and confirmed my booking. I was sent a reference number as confirmation from them. One week before travelling to Crete I received an email saying that I had not reconfirmed my booking and so it had been cancelled. I had not been asked to reconfirm. This left me to sort out another booking at short notice.
