i was sold a personal choice policy with Axa ( same as health on line) I have paid £130 for 15 moths a total of £1986. I recently suffered from a couple of worryingly intense headaches and was advised by my GP to use my medical insurance to get a quick diagnosis. I had not been to the doctors before and this condition and never been diagnosed but I mentioned to him that I have had had headaches before (who hasnt!!). I was confident on getting the cover as it wasn`t pre exsisting so made appointment and vivited the specialist, even booked an urgent CT Brain scan as advised. However because I disclosed that I had had headaches before(who hasnt)My claim was rejeced . It turns out that you cant claim for anything that you may have had that hasnt even been diagnosed. BEWARE!!!!!!Dont try to claim if you have had headaches before AND WHO HASNT!!!!!
