Well i have nevr had a prob with sky customer service with all the years we had sky+. I got HD a few weeks ago, and with only one prob as the box needed a sofware update, but after that great, the service could have a few more channels but it curently has 33, for £9.75 extra a month, most boxes are now made by PACE, unlike the SAMSUNG and the awful TOMPSON box, they do not break down, my box was only £49 to, quite good i think. and customer service has always been great to me! it was a good idea they ditched the indian call center and kept it all in scotland!
