I have long been a committed John Lewis customer and have bought many items from them and been very happy. But then , none of my purchases had a problem .. until now.

My 6 month old fridge freezer has now had three seperate faults. JL have flatly refused to replace it and instead insist that their comically inefficient "colleagues " at Service Force can repair it .
The fridge has now not worked for two weeks .I have sent three seperate e-mails of complaint to a senior Customer Service Manager at JL ,who hasnt even had the decency to reply (even though receipt of the e-mails has been acknowledged!)

Promised return calls are not made and a letter I was promised confirming their intention to replace the item should it fail again, has never arrived ! Unbelievably bad customer service !
I might as well have bought the fridge/freezer on the market for the good JL have been.

Never, ever, ever again!
