Made the order two weeks ago, the status still shows 'pending'. When I chose the items, I made sure the items were in stock. I wanted to cancel part of the order and only deliver the one available, but was told I could not amend the order, as 'order has already been picked in our warehouse and is ready to be despatched'.
How could the items have been picked up, but my account status is still pending and only 1 out of 4 items ready? I was advised that I could return the items when I receive them.
I will not recommend this website to anyone, as it is NOT trustworthy!!

I found this review very helpful because...I have a similar problem. My items were ordered in June. Having originally been told they were in stock about a week later I was told that part of the order was missing and all items would be dispatched when they were all in stock. On enquiring I was told that they would be available at the end of July. When they still did not arrive, I contacted them again and this time I have been told that they will not be available until 31 August. The website clearly states that the items is available from 10 August. I have since tried to cancel the order and have received no reply from them.
