DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ONLINE COMPANY!!! Hobbytron are online only and drop ship all purchased products from China. They mailed me an RC speed boat that I did not order and informed me they did so b/c the item I ordered was on backorder - this was WITHOUT my consent (which is illegal). Their customer service (if you want to call it that) is completely non-existent. You'll notice their "LIVE CHAT" feature on the website is ALWAYS disabled and reads "Offline: leave message," and you'll have the same exact luck if you try to contact them by phone during business hours. The message ALWAYS says that their customrer service reps are assisting other customers and to leave a message -- it doesn't matter what time of day (or day of week) it is, they can't be reached by phone. The automated message runs on a continual loop and no live person is reachable. The worst part is they won't even call you back if you leave a message complaining about customer service as I did. In addition to receving the wrong product, it was DEFECTIVE and would not work properly. After repeated attempts to contact someone at the company, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am awaiting a response. SPREAD THE WORD!!!
