I ordered an Arete Tour 40 bag and t-shirt from this www.aktive8.com yesterday. It was in stock, they payment went through fine, I sent a message along with the order to ask for the bag to be sent out in the early post if possible as I am going away on Thursday and need it before then. I recieved an email back this morning saying the warehouse had processed the order and it would be put in first class post this afternoon. I went on to the order tracker to check on it to find out the order status was "awaiting stock"!! I emailed again to ask if this was an error. I recieved a prompt reply stating that I had been given the wrong information over the phone (I actually emailed them) and that they did not have any of the bags in stock and probably wouldnt before the end of july!! I've been back onto the website and I'm still able to order and pay for the exact same bag. The company seem happy to take your money but dont seem to do much in the way of updating their website. I did read some bad reviews before but thought I'd try them out, dont do it! I'm most probably going to have a long wait for a refund now. Apparently they've sent the t-shirt to me....i'll be suprised if that arrives on time.
