What a total waste of time. I have used two filters in one session of cleaning on the Electrolux Vitesse "Pet Lover" and still had to go around and sweep up the mess it has chucked out the back. it omits a burning smell after it's been on a while. it's higher maintainance than me. The stair tool does not work. I've called the helpline on several occasions and been generally spoken to like an idiot. I wish i'd read the reviews before I spent my hard earned cash on this overworked, plastic waste of money.
