I recently took American Airlines from Chicago - O'Hare to Washington, DC National airport. I thought American did a great job on a completely full flight. The inbound flight appeared also to be full & the ground staff had the aircraft cleaned and ready to go with very little time. The gate agents were pleasent and very efficient and make attempts to accomadate all the passengers requests, such as seat changes.
Flight attendants greeted me with a smile and one asked if I knew where my seat was located. Captains P.A.'s were professional and gave us the needed information.
Beverage service only but was offered the can of soda; came through and asked if refills were needed.
Luggage arrived without incident. I would definetly recommend AA.
