Their website was not bad, but gave no real description of the multitude of gel saddles they were selling. So I called Bonthrone Bikes for advice. I was put through to a very helpful and knowledgeable sales person in their Fulham store. They discussed my needs and recommended this saddle. I asked if I could order through them or should return to their website. They recommended that I returned to their website as their 'till or ordering system was having problems'. I ordered the item on their website and got a text and e-mail confirmation of the order. All good so far. Then two days later I get two e-mails (from different people) saying that this item wasn't in stock and would I like an alternative. I asked them if the saddle was still available in their Fulham store - no reply. I contacted the Fulham store myself and the saddle had been sold. I cancelled my order. Good website let down by poor follow up and customer service.
