I have ordered £2500 of furniture which was due to be delivered in 2-4 weeks.
- I was contacted by John Lewis after 4 weeks to inform me one of the pieces of furniture was not corrected delivered to the warehouse so there would be further unknown delays.
- I was called again 1 week later rather than the 1 day I was promised to be told the corrected table order would be delivered the following week. I asked about the rest of the order and was informated I had already received it, which I had not.
- More calls trying to confirm where the rest of it was. Order all confirmed to be delivered together, but delayed by a further week.
- JL kept calling the wrong number regarding the delivery so I called them to ask them to change the number but they then continued to use it anyway.
- I call again to change the number to be told my delivery was not scheduled on a known date.
- I call again to talk to a supervisor as I am concerned. Apparently the last peson I spoke to didnt actually call the supplier as he said and was incorrect in telling me the delivery was cancelled - which would have ended in costing me money if I wasn't there!

Lets see if it turns up. I would not recommend JL.
