Sorry to be the first, but National Farmers Union Car Insurance are unbelievable, 40mins on the phone to a very nice CSR who then says "oh I am sorry your BR postcode won't allow you to leave the car on your drive overnight, has to be in a locked away, this is a new system, June 09 and it keeps throwing up this sort of thing" I phoned at the end of July and nothing has changed. Now if this is the sort of systems they have in place at the point were they are taking money from you, what does it say about what the systems are like when they have to pay out!
