Utterly useless. Natwest's London Victoria branch has provided us with a pathetic service ever since we opened our business account with them in 2006. We had 5 business managers over the course of 18 months, the last three of which were far too young and inexperienced for their roles and the first two of which seem to have wisely moved elsewhere. Each of them promised an improved service and none of them delivered. Finally we have had enough and are moving banks.
Natwest's fees and charges are similar to other big banks until you question what you are getting for your money. In our case, next to nothing. I could not recommend them less.
