Barclays internet banking, which I use regularly in the UK to monitor expenses and pay bills, is a poor system. It often fails to log me in even when I make sure my log-in details are correct. The reasons for not allowing me to log-in do not correspond with the real issues. The account details often do not correspond with actual expenditure, and they also do not go back far enough. Furthermore, after the site pages were recently changed, supposedly to make it easier to use, I can only say that I have noticed no noticeable benefit. Altogether a POOR SITE!
