********************* SAGA MOTOR INSURANCE **************************
Renewed insurance at end of June, money taken from my Visa account.
I subsequently cancelled before insurance was due to start 1st July.
Money has srill not been returned to my account despite 4 phone calls and numerous assurances that it would.
The money should not have been taken out of my account before the policy was due to start.

    I wonder what the legality is of them holding your account details on file.I was insured with them but dropped them to rubbish service,I had my renal detaild from them midmonth saying no need to bother we have your account details.I told them I was not re insuring with them and the reason why and they had betternot take my new premium,I also told them that Ihad only authorised payment for the year I was with them.Have you been in contact with Visa,if it is creditcard claim back interest
