Annoying!!!
3 times this has happened now.
Because we werent in, the driver took it upon himself to deliver the parcel to a post office (which is supposed to be local) and once this is done, you cant arrange redelivery.
The post office he chose was in he NEXT TOWN not at all any of the local ones. This is only open during working hours so I have to take time off work to collect a parcel that I paid to have delivered to my door!
I complained about this and basically got nothing from the customer services not even an apology (the first time, they offered to pay taxi fare for my pregnant in-bed wife to travel to the other town to pick up the parcel, which considering she couldnt go out, and I told them this, was NO USE). I was told that they are allowed to do this its in the terms and conditions. The driver can pick any post office he chooses. There are so many in the town where I actually live but he chose a different town. Its totally ridiculous.
Very poor. Apparently I have no choice to change any of it.
Will NOT use Parcelforce if I have the choice.
