I bought this software to monitor my spouse's activity. It worked great at first. After I busted him in a chat on facebook and he found out about it, the software amazingly stopped recording facebook chats!! I have reset it, spent hours and hours with webwatcher, etc. Nobody can seem to help me fix it! I just had a chat with webwatcher, for them to tell me to do something I have tried a MILLION times with them. The rep new it would disconnect our chat, because it calls for re-booting your computer. When I tried what they suggested for the unteenth time and logged back in to tell them it did not work, I got an automated message that said they were closed for a holiday. My snapshots aren't recording either!!!!!!
