the way first choice describe the Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex it sounded just what we wanted. We booked a family room and was horrified that it was just two rooms a joined with a sliding door. Can you imagine how i felt with two teenage sons whom cud just walk through to use the bathroom, which had a glass door offering you no privcy at all. The rooms had no sound proofing big gaps under the main door i cud here peoples conversations through the air vents, i thought they were in the same rooms as us, doors slamming kids screaming it was a nightmare i describe it as being on the wing of a prison. First choice should be more clearer about there descriptions of those rooms,in my opinion family rooms are suitable for people with children 10 years or younger and then i would be concerned as there was no locks on the patio doors and a child could open... health and safety should be brought up to british standards and half of these hotels would be shut down. There is alot more but that is in the hands of my solicitor.
