I currently work for a cabinet manufacturer in the United States, and we switched from 2020 to ArtiCAD. Obviously with any switch, there was some resistance, but surprisingly the software was so easy to learn that it became the preferred software in a couple months.

Positives:
Cheaper than other comparable software
Great graphics
Easy to use
Backwards compatibility (2020 was a pain when they switched versions... we had to redraw thousands of designs, which was a big reason for the switch. If you have to redraw once, you don't want to do it again)

Negatives:
Huge in the UK, but growing in the US. That means most designers have likely not used it, but again it's easy to use, so I think it's worth making the switch.
