I bought a lG cookie KP500 for my birthday and within 1 month the screen had cracked! i was very annoyed because i took it back where i bought it from with the recipt and they said to go to cardiff and they will sort it out and then they said it will cost £50!! so im just going to bin the cookie and buy a new phone it will be much better value for money!
