ASDA ONLINE GROCERY SHOP........................First order I placed was half an hour late, not good on a Sunday afternoon when your family are hungry. Many products were not with order and not substituted as requested. Had lots of silly things like oven cleaner and not bathroom cleaner etc very annoying. Eggs were damaged as packed with jars. Rang customer services was offered a refund and they asked me to give them a second chance, and given free deliver and refund for items I complained about. I was reluctant to use again but did.

2nd delivery late again missing items, chilled foods had gotten warm.

WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
