Rock Solid Kitchen...... After receiving our kitchen many parts were damaged or missing. There was only one delivery man and I will never forget him. When checking of the items we found that a few doors were damaged and a few handles missing. I told him that I was very sorry but I wouldn't be paying him any money until I received either the correct "undamaged" goods. His face went all sad (don't fall for the sad act, they're all in on it) he said that if he didn't go back with the whole balance or the goods, then he would be sacked by his employer. He said that he would re-deliver the undamaged items the following day. I told him that I would only part with my bankers draft if he gave me something of his to hold until he returned, he gave me £70 of his own money (or so he said) which I would have given back once he returned with the undamaged items. I'm still waiting after 4 months. I've had to spent his £70 plus £100 of my own money to replace the damaged items, luckily B&Q do the exact same kitchen. I will not deny that the parts delivered, Carcasses, Cooker, Hob etc were in excellent condition and are brilliant quality. Please, please if you have to buy from RSK, once your order has been received, if you do not want to keep anything make sure you hold something back that is worth the deposit at least (such as Hob, Cooker etc) this way you will not lose out. I would not recommend Rock Solid Kitchens to my worst enemy.
