I have been with Sky now for years. I have the phone, broadband and minimum package TV. Now I am thinking of leaving Sky, not because of my dissatisfaction of the use of the phone, broadband or TV. The fact is that I would like to upgrade to the sports package, which they have made very simple to do on both TV and computer. The problem is they have made it impossible to downgrade or cancel all or any part of your package without phoning, and we all know what hassle that is with Sky. So the bottom line is, Sky have made it unbelievably to sign up or upgrade using the TV or computer, but cleverly made it very difficult and with a lot hassle to do anything else. This is my reason I am going to leave sky, definitely.
